I mentioned in the other forum about helping you present your pages in a more proper English context if you care to contact me. I am not a web page guru; however, I can help with the English interpretations.
For example: In your heading above you write "We welcome any experiences, suggestions, exceptations ..." I think the word you would rather use is "exceptions" as there is no word as "exceptations".
I would suggest that the entire phrase could be written as such:
"We welcome any personal experiences, suggestions or exceptional views about Liptov Region and this website."
I hope to visit your area next May. I have a friend from Zilina who has encouraged me to visit the beauty of Slovakia. I am satisfied that she is correct about the natural beauty there.

Hello together,
we are planning a skitour on the ridge of the Nizke Tatry. The tour shut be from Donovaly to Dumbier, almost the last week on february. We would sleep in our tent.
Please give me some tips for this route, the weather or the restriction(natur rescue and so on).
